We spend roughly 75 to 80 per cent of our lives at work, so it’s important that we love what we do and do what we love. Especially in the field of professional sport we have a great chance and opportunity to create a work environment that we love.
It’s wonderful to work in the dynamic world of movements, the happiness of wins and the challenges and adjustments after a loss. To find talents, to enhance and mentor athletes, create a better life through sport and enjoy every minute with dedicated people. If we are not doing what we love, we are wasting our time. How are you spending your life as a coach – are you still working or already playing?
